How do I know the products are genuine and it is not a fake product?

All the products are listed after going through the vendor’s registration process and after verifying if each product is registered with the respective authorities in Oman. Only those products that are approved and allowed to be imported / sold in Oman are approved to be listed on Healthclickonline. Strict action will be taken against those vendors who listed the unauthorized items.

 

How I know these products are registered / approved under the respective country’s regulatory authorities?

Only those products that are registered / approved under respective country’s authorities are been approved / registered in Oman by respective authorities.

 

I successfully purchased a product what next ...?

Congratulation on your purchase with Healthclickonline. Please wait for your turn, the Vendor / logistic company or our customer support will call you to verify your address to ship to your order and will provide you with the dispatch / tracking details.

 

What is the Standard Delivery time of the products?

As our standard practice delivery of the Goods ordered shall be made within 4 – 5 business days for delivery in Muscat Region (upto Barka) and 6 – 7 business days for rest of Oman. The delivery days are calculated from the next working day of receiving the payment. However delays might occur for a various reasons but not limited to volumes, miscommunication and delay from our vendor; please accept our apology for the unseen delays. What if the product is not delivered?

Due to some unforeseen reasons, the items might not have delivered; we assure you that you will get the full refund of the item of the same medium in case of Card payment or will get the money vouchers of the same value.

The product delivered is not what i ordered for; what to do next?

Don’t worry; Please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery, this will be returned and replace with the correct order without any extra cost.
